The National Do‑Not‑Call Registry is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency. The National Do‑Not‑Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the registry for 31 days. If they do, you can file a complaint at this Website. You can register your home or mobile phone for free. Your registration will be effective for five years. Subscribers may register their residential telephone number, including wireless numbers, on the national do‑not‑call registry by telephone or by Internet at no cost. Consumers can register online for the national do‑not‑call registry by going to donotcall.gov. To register by telephone, consumers may call 1‑888‑382‑1222; for TTY call 1‑866‑290‑4236. You must call from the phone number you wish to register.

Relay Utah 711

7‑1‑1 is the statewide and nationwide telephone relay number that connects standard (voice) telephone users with the deaf, hard of hearing, and/or speech disabled people who use text telephones (TTY's). Simply dial 7‑1‑1 to connect with Relay Utah, or 888‑346‑3162 for Spanish Relay Utah. You will be connected to a relay operator who will connect you with the TTY user you are trying to reach, relay your message to the TTY user, and then relay the response.
