STRATA Networks will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2013, at the Roosevelt Jr. High School. All STRATA Networks cooperative members and customers are invited to a complimentary barbeque from 4:30-6:30 p.m., with a business meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to give members the opportunity to come and participate in the governance of their local telecommunications cooperative; to elect Board representation from the Randlett, Tabiona, and Vernal districts; and to conduct any other business that may come before the meeting. Members will hear reports from the Board President, Secretary/Treasurer, and CEO/General Manager, and will also have the opportunity to see the latest company products and services demonstrated by company personnel.

Board of Director positions for Randlett, Tabiona, and Vernal are up for election at this year’s meeting. The following individuals have filed to run for the available Board seats: Randlett District, Incumbent JoAnn Winn running unopposed; Tabiona District, Guy Taylor, Jr. and incumbent Max Fabrizio; Vernal District, Gary Showalter and incumbent Shane Busch.
